Visited both Sat and Sun mornings, didn't need to rent or pay for any chairs, plenty of seating and waitresses taking drink orders if you wanted. Used fitness center and it was spacious and clean. I liked the SportsBook and machines they had. We ate at multiple restaurants there and had amazing meals. The tablet was cool and nice for looking up restaurants or operating the drapes. The room was clean, spaciousness bathroom and it was quiet. We were on a non smoking floor and the hotel has several elevator banks, so you never wait more than 20 seconds for one (we were there over weekend too). I did a lot of research and am thankful I settled on Aria. Having stayed at mid level to sub par hotels on the Strip, was ready for a nice place with nice amenities. Some of these issues may seem minor but prices remain high so I was expecting the same high quality we've had in the past, and it just missed the mark a bit.įirst time to Vegas in about 4 years. Overall it was still a very pleasant stay. Mini-bar/In room coffee - complimentary water was hard to come by for some reason, and paying >20$ for a bottle of water is a bit egregious. ![]() Called downstairs and told that it was actually intentional (!) so that too many people are not on at the same time Repeatedly would kick us off, would have to sign back on every few hours. Wi-Fi - I realize we should be out of the room! But my husband needed to do work and we all like to surf the net during our downtime. We stayed for a week so breakfast was a struggle each day and we finally just ended up getting stuff from Starbucks. Only dine-in option was Salt & Ivy which had huge lines we did mobile order from here one day and even that took a while. Spa - treatments/service great, expansive spaceĪ/C - worked great! 90+ degrees outside so appreciated this.īreakfast/Room Service - very limited options, food quality not great, order incorrect two days in a row. Location - I love this location, it's fairly central, walking distance to Park MGM/Nomad, as well as Cosmopolitan and BellagioĬleanliness - housekeeping staff was friendly and did a great job. Tried Din Tai Fung via mobile takeout and this was good as well. Restaurants - I think Carbone and Catch are fantastic - great food and service. This was our first time back since the pandemic and unfortunately things have fallen off a little bit.ĭecor - beautiful, airy, modern in both the main areas and rooms We have stayed at the Aria many times, both in the main hotel and Sky Suites - I would have given 5 stars for each of those trips. ![]()
